All of the staff are super kind and friendly!  Their concern is for a safe and speedy recovery.  If the pain is too much, they tell you to take a break from that exercise.  I guess I always thought I would be pushed hard...no matter what.  They are gentle and caring, and that would make me recommend them to anyone!
